Build Relationships & Consensus — One often observed benefit of a Virtual Demonstration session is team building. These working sessions provide an opportunity for participants to mutually share knowledge, experiences, and to refine your project needs. Trusted relationships are formed and consensus, or near consensus :), can be achieved.
Pre-Production Qualification — Your remote access to available Storage Networks equipment can accommodate development testing. You can experiment and qualify configurations and features before implementing in your production environment.
1. Project Assessment
A completed Project Assessment is required to ensure adequate resources are scheduled for your session. Alternately, you can contact a Storage Networks Project Coordinator to arrange a session based on your verbal communication of project needs rather then submitting a Project Assessment.
Tentative participants, equipment, agenda, goals, and session date/time will be proposed by Storage Networks. Session durations typically range between 1-2 hours. More or less time can be allocated based on Agenda topics.
2. webEx or Remote Login
After participants, equipment, agenda, goals, and session date/time are agreed to, WebEx, Remote Login, and Tele-Conference details will be sent to all session participants. Multiple sites can be accommodated.
3. Working session agenda & Goals
The session agenda will serve as a guideline. Participants may elect to dwell in areas of interest to achieve session goals. Storage Networks or a Partner Representative will maintain meeting minutes and publish any action items for follow-up.
Project Assessment — In order to conduct a content rich virtual demonstration tailored to your interests, we need to learn of your needs and current relevant infrastructure. A completed Project Assessment is required to ensure adequate resources are scheduled for your session.

After submitting a Project Assessment, or discussing your project needs with a Coordinator, we will start the process of gathering the necessary resources to establish a productive session.
