We are not affiliated with Intuit, but we do service hundreds of clients running Quickbooks. Where possible, we are happy to propose works-arounds for bugs and aggregate complaints that can be relayed to Intuit where a pattern suggests a bug or design flaw.

Some irritating bugs other users have submitted include:

-Backup Status on the Home Screen incorrectly reporting the last backup date.
-Limited database driven fields in invoice e-mails (e.g. automatically including the customer PO number)
-Losing changes made between the last save and printing a packing slip.
-Notes entered from the inventory item list do not post- only notes entered in the "Inventory Center" stick.
